Scorpio Spear is a Balance Type Blade with 3 main metal contact points and 3 plastic sub-layer contact points. The Gear Chip features a scorpion.

As part of the Unique Line, Scorpio Spear has resin Launcher Hooks instead of metal ones, which increase Outward Weight Distribution (OWD). In addition, it features an Unique Line gimmick: when a Scorpio Spear combo performs a Xtreme Dash, the rotation of the combo's Bit will turn the mechanism of Scorpio Spear, rotating a movable sub-layer. This sub-layer sits between the gaps of the metal contact points at the start of the battle, which is intended to create a rounder 6-sided Defense-type shape. The intention of the gimmick is to change into a more aggressive 3-sided Attack-type shape after an Xtreme Dash to deliver a powerful hit.

At the time of its release, Scorpio Spear was the heaviest Blade at an average weight of 39.6 grams. Its weight surpassed that of Phoenix Wing and Impact Drake, which were the only two previous Blades to exceed 39 grams. Its shape and heavy weight allowed Scorpio Spear to immediately become a staple competitive Blade, reaching a high adoption rate and disrupting the metagame, the last Blade doing so being Silver Wolf, released 6 months prior.

Scorpio Spear (スコーピオスピア, SukōpioSupia) is a Blade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Unique Line system. It debuted in Japan with the release of the UX-14 Starter, Scorpio Spear 0-70Z, on April 26th, 2025.
